New York Post: The bigger of two penthouses at Ian Schrager’s 160 Leroy is now under contract for the sale price of $51 million following a bidding war.

160 Leroy’s 7,750-square-foot, five-bedroom, five-bathroom north penthouse has 12½-foot ceilings, three woodburning fireplaces, a private elevator — and a massive 5,140-square-foot terrace with its own private pool and outdoor kitchen.
