There were a number of extravagant and impressive homes that hit the market in New South Wales over the past year. Here are the top 10 most viewed NSW homes in 2017, according to data from realestate.com.au:

This run-down terrace on Reservoir Street, Surry Hills was highly sought-after and sold for $2.1 million after only a couple weeks.


9. “Kurravista” 570 Slopes Road, The Slopes

This European style estate sold in just months for $2.5 million. It features a Roman style salt water pool and grapevines that surround the property.


8. 2-6 Wilhelmina Street, Gosford

This lavish apartment has more than just great views of waterfront. It’s only 220m away from the water, 300m away from the central business district and 680m from the Gosford train station.


7. 34 Jenolan Circuit, Harrington Park

This Bali-inspired home sold for about $1.75 million in May. It is perfect for a family lifestyle with its close proximity to local schools and shops.
