This lavish apartment has more than just great views of waterfront. It’s only 220m away from the water, 300m away from the central business district and 680m from the Gosford train station.

This Bali-inspired home sold for about $1.75 million in May. It is perfect for a family lifestyle with its close proximity to local schools and shops.
