360 Agent LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates www.realestatedaily.com/ (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, email address, photo, personal website, and social media website aliases (“Personal Information”). When accessing our website, we will also learn certain information about you during your visit. How we will handle information we learn about you depends upon what you do when visiting our site.
If you visit our site to read, download information, or sign-up for our newsletters, we collect and store only the following information about you:

- Notify them by email if that is their preferred method of contact, or
- Notify all recognized consumer reporting agencies in the event the breach exceeds 500 users.
All notifications will be in within 48 hours of discovery unless otherwise requested by law enforcement. We will also notify respective state administrators according to their individual disclosure requirements.
